Conducting an agri-sector market study
We were engaged by a US-headquartered organisation to conduct an agriculture market study in Libya to identify the expansion potential of the country’s wheat market. We looked into the business potential of the Wheat and Flour industries, and developed a roadmap for increased production and modernisation to satisfy Libya’s domestic consumption.
From our Tunis office, we assessed the business potential of the Wheat and Flour industries in Libya. We also researched the development needs for the industry’s numerous stakeholders in the public and private sector. We undertook extensive market research through both primary and secondary sources; reviewing government documentation and national and international data-sources. These were augmented through consultations with private sector enterprises across Libya, as well as government actors.
