Najia is an Associate at Expectation State
Najia supports the design and implementation of projects, with a focus on evaluation.
Prior to joining Expectation State Najia worked as a Project Associate at Deutsche Welle Akademie centre for international media development, journalism training and knowledge transfer. Najia’s role involved coordinating and setting up conferences and training online and onsite in Tunisia and Libya. She also provided valuable support to experts and teams in preparation for workshops and training sessions, ensuring the success of these initiatives.
Najia has previously worked in the humanitarian sector, working as a data analyst at ACTED where she conducted data analysis on the economic situation in Benghazi, and as a mine risk education officer at Danish Demining Group where she organised mine risk education seminars and conducted data analysis on families affected by conflict and instability.
