Ghada Ben Gaid Hassine is Expectation State’s Finance and Operations Manager, with over ten years of experience supporting international programs. She specialises in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control and operational efficiency, helping organisations turn complex financial data into actionable insights.

Before joining Expectation State, Ghada held management roles at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), Development Alternatives Incorporated (DAI), and the International Republican Institute (IRI), where she managed multi-project budgets, audits, payroll, and partner financial compliance. Ghada has also delivered financial training for staff and civil society partners in Tunisia, strengthening internal controls and transparency.

Ghada holds a Master’s in Business Decision Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Finance. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and combines financial expertise with a collaborative leadership style to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.
