Crystal is a seasoned international lawyer and recognised expert in government affairs, advocacy, and public policy, with over 10 years of experience shaping agendas, advising decision-makers, and driving systemic change. As a Partner at Expectation State, she leads high-stakes engagements that bridge diplomacy, development, and policy strategy across multiple sectors.
Crystal has worked at the intersection of law, development, and politics, providing strategic counsel to presidents, parliamentarians, ministers, multilateral institutions, philanthropic bodies, and private sector leaders. She has worked with Malala Fund and the World Bank- Global partnership for Education, where she has designed and implemented influential advocacy campaigns, led national policy reforms, and advanced inclusive policies in complex political environments.
