He supports states’ strategic capacity to grow economies and states that are increasingly inclusive.
Prior to joining Expectation State, Andrew was a Managing Principal at a UK Development consultancy, leading, designing and delivering across a range of sectors in South Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Before joining the Private Sector, Andrew was a UK civil servant, working in No10 / Cabinet Office, the FCO and DFID across a range of areas including foreign policy and development, public sector accountability and reform, partnerships and business engagement.
