Amina Ben Abdallah

Amina is an Associate at Expectation State.

Amina has over seven years of experience in project management, research, and stakeholder engagement. She has contributed to a diverse range of projects focusing on migration, digital innovation, financial inclusion, and inclusive economic development across Africa and the MENA region.

Amina has worked with prominent organisations such as the Mastercard Foundation, World University Service of Canada, the Mixed Migration Centre and Mercy Corps, providing expertise in research, data analysis, and the coordination of field activities. Her work touches on a number of geographies, including Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Uganda, Jordan, Tunisia, Italy and Spain, where she has assessed economic opportunities for refugees and displaced populations, supported private sector engagement, and contributed to the development of tools to bridge the gap between SMEs and financial resources.

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Amina is passionate about creating sustainable solutions for vulnerable populations. Her commitment to impactful research and her ability to manage complex projects make her a valuable part of the Expectation State team.
